A Massive Fraud

Ok, welcome back. Aside from the highly offensive belief that Republicans are somehow intent on killing Obama and his socialist plans, Howard Dean needs to be examined. I would say though that our Presidential assassins or would be assassins have been leftists by and large. Free market capitalists don't kill Presidents.

But what of Howard Dean? Has anyone ever gotten so much airtime and publicity for doing less? At least Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian made bootleg porn, I would argue Dean hasn't even done anything that significant. He was governor of a small, very insignificant state, Vermont. I have nothing against Vermont but if I had to pick a governorship that I thought would be easy, Vermont would be right up at the top. He captured the leftist mind in a presidential primary, then blew it. He then got the top spot at the DNC and has been reaping the benefits of Republican self destruction ever since, happily taking credit for it and spouting off inanities all the way.

So why has such a colossal nothing gotten so much respect in the Democratic Party? Easy, he is a genuine, left wing socialist kook. The internal party politic is always influenced by the most ideologically rabid members so Deans hyper-leftist positions fit right in with what they want, even if its far outside the mainstream of the country. Furthermore, like any good liberal, his failures are seen as badges of honor by other Democrats. Just think of all the memorable losers that liberals love; Jimmy Carter, Howard Dean, John Edwards, George McGovern, Tom Daschle, Gorbachev, Castro, Guevara, Ortega, etc.

So while listening to a guy like Howard Dean prattle on about nothing with that elitist air of his, resist the urge to destroy your TV. Just remember, in the world of the leftist, the biggest failure gets the glory. Take heart in the fact that the more he talks, the bigger fraud he becomes.

Nothing could be better for the country, and conservatives, than for him to continue to expose himself as the crackpop who couldn't even beat out a zero like John Kerry.
